| Had this air conditioner all summer long and slept like a baby. Granted it took a couple nights to get used to the sound because it is loud and the volume jumps when the compressor kicks in. That being said, it's a great unit that keep our bedroom crispy cool. The auto evaporation feature is a nice bonus too. |

| All the portable ACs that we have tried have a hum--not a problem for us. The AC has an auto evap feature that makes it a ton better than everything else. I bought one for the house and now I'm buying two more for the lake house. |

It's three o'clock in the morning and I haven't been to sleep yet because of the noise of my brand new unit. It sounds like I'm on a small jet just about to take off. And with all the noise, one would think the temperature would drop--but no, it's been 80 degrees since I turned it on high 10 HOURS AGO!!
I am angry and disappointed. This is getting returned today. |
